The insiders told us how the Activision would replace the full Call of Duty in 2023

Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreyer, who had proven himself to be a reliable insider of confirmed leaks, reported on the forthcoming Activation replacement of the new Call of Duty in 2023.

Again, Schreyer reported in his February paper that there would be no full Call of Duty in 2023 but would not leave any players without the Activision series.

According to Schryer, next year the Activision will be selling additional content for the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. What kind of expansion the players are waiting for, the journalist doesn't know, but the story elements will be among the new ones.

Insider TheGhostOfHope, the day before Schreyer's publication, said that in late 2023, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 would receive a story supplement and a compilation of the best maps from previous parts.

Modern Warfare 2 will be released on October 28 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, although the next big Call of Duty is expected in 2024 from Treyarch.
