Since the launch of the fifth-generation telecommunications network in India, the government has requested Apple, Samsung and other smartphone manufacturers to make priority software updates that activate 5G support in local smartphones.
Since 1 October, 5G services have been announced to be launched by the local operator Reliance Jio in four cities and his rival, Bharti Airtel, in eight.
