GeForce RTX 3060 became the most popular on the Steam platform, with a share of 7.52% in September, based on a recent report by Steam Hardware Survey. However, there is an important nuance about the totals of the mobile and desktop versions of the map, whereas they are only on 5 and 6 sites separately.
The GeForce GTX 1060 table with 6.94% of users continues to be the absolute leader of popularity on the platform. The GeForce GTX 1650 with 6.32% of users was placed in second place, while the GeForce RTX 2060 with 5.19% of users in third place. The mobile version of GeForce RTX 3060 has 4% and the desktop with 3.52%. In total, 76.77% of Steam users use NVIDIA's video maps, 14.41% of AMD's decisions, and Intel has a 8.61% share.
The share of Windows 11 users increased to 24.84% in the last month. Windows 10 is still the most popular in Steam, but lost 0.57 percentage points in the last month.
In the case of processors, the six-nuclear models remain the most popular for Steam users, with 33.54% of the total, an increase of 0.50 percentage points per month, and the share of 8-nuclear processors also increased by 0.22 p.p. and now stands at 19.19%.
The share of owners of the Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality garrison on the Steam platform fell by 7.86 p.p. in the last month. However, the device is still the most popular in its category. The share of its owners is 41.39 per cent. Valve Index is second with 17.21 per cent of users and the Oculus Rift S with 13.94 per cent.
