The production of mobile versions of the role-playing act by Genshin Impact from MiHoYo was $3.7 billion in the two years since its release. According to Sensor Tower, the game has been ranked third among the world's most profitable mobile projects since September 28, 2020.

At number one in the world's most profitable mobile projects, Honor of Kings from Tencent Games, with revenues of $5.5 billion over the past two years, PUBG Mobile from Tencent Games and Krafton from $4.9 billion over the same period.

Genshin Impact is also the second largest player from outside China. Since its launch in other countries, the game has brought $2.5 billion. It has not been ranked as Roblox from Roblox Corporation, which earned just over $2.5 billion.

And yet, China's share of the Genshin Impact is 33% of the total revenue of the game over time – $1.2 billion from iOS users alone. Android analysts in Sensor Tower in China don't track data. Japan ranked second. Japan accounted for about 24% of the total revenue of the project. The US closed the top three, accounting for 17% of the player's spending.

The most profitable quarter of Genshin Impact was the third quarter of 2021.

Remember that Genshin Impact is a free-of-charge game that has been released on the PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. It is also claimed on Nintendo Switch, but the release date remains unknown to date.
