Intel has introduced the 13th generation CPUs today. The new ones have received more nuclei and higher tactical frequencies, but some models have become more expensive. Here we compare the prices of new and old Intel CPUs with those of the AMD Ryzen 7,000.
As it turns out, Intel's price only went up to the youngest of the newest, Core i5 CPUs. So if the last generation's Core i5-12600KF chip was valued by the company at $264, the new Core i5-13600KF would already cost $294. The difference is slightly more than 11%. The value is also Core i5-13600K, which was valued at $319, while last year's Core i5-12600K received a price tag of $289, which is slightly larger than 10%.

And the rest of the new generation's processors have kept the same prices as their predecessors, the Flagman Core i9-13900K, for example, is $589, and the more accessible Core i7-13700K is $409.

Here, however, it is noted that the AMD Ryzen 7000 series of processors that were marketed today are not as expensive as their predecessors, but that some models have even slowed down. So Ryzen 777000X is estimated at $399, which is $50 less than the price of Ryzen 75800X at the start of the sale.
