Interpol issued a warrant for the arrest of the creator of Luna and TerraUSD, which caused investors

It has become known that Interpol, at the request of the South Korean Attorney's Office, has issued a warrant for the arrest of the founder of the Terraform Labs to Kwon platform, which means that law enforcement agencies around the world will take steps to search for and arrest Kwon, and after the collapse of the cryptoplatform, which took over $42 billion of investors with it, Kwon is charged with fraud and theft of funds.

The South Korean authorities issued a warrant for Kwon's arrest last week, after which he posted on his Twitter page that he was not on the run, but at the D.A.'s office they thought Kwon had left the country to see that Kwon himself, his family and key Terraform Labs staff had left the country and travelled to Singapore at about the same time.

Kwon and other Terraform Labs employees are being investigated for financial fraud and tax evasion following the collapse of the platform's TerraUSD and Luna. Investors, many of whom lost their funds after the collapse of these assets, filed complaints against regulatory authorities. One of the victims of the fall of the Terraform Labs platform was the largest cryptated hedge fund, Three Arrows Capital.
