Nvidia introduced the last line of the GeForce RTX 40 series. According to the official statement, the maps built on the new third-generation architecture are twice as productive as the RTX 30 series.
There are three models in the GeForce RTX 40 series, although the rules for naming have changed. Instead of RTX 4070, there is RTX 4080. It is produced in two different versions: one with 12 GB of GDR6X memory and 7680 CUDA nuclei, and the other with 16 GB memory and 9728 nuclei.
The most advanced model is RTX 4090, which has 24 GB memory and 16384 CUDA nuclei. These three graphic processors reach up to 2.5 to 2.6 GHz, compared to the last generation ' s maximum frequency of 1.86 GHz.
All three maps are built on a new architecture that Nvidia calls Ada Lovelace and the new third-generation cores of ray trajectory, which is oriented towards the same-named advanced light technology, which appears to be reinforced 2.8 times. Nvidia claims that the whole package doubles the productivity of games and creative applications compared to RTX 30.
Along with Nvidia's hardware improvements, Nvidia has updated software functions. For example, the DLSS 3 system increases the frequency of games using resource-intensive settings such as beam trajectory. And the Nvidia RTX Remix tool allows these settings to be applied to older games.
