NetEase Games presented Ashfall, an open-world action focusing on the story. The project was first announced in late June and was accompanied by a separate trailer as well as a video showing the gameplay.

that's how developers describe the world and Ashfall locations.

The gameplay here combines a familiar set of online game mechanics with an emphasis on narrative. New missions, locations and content will be opened as the story moves forward. In addition to other gamers, Ashfall will be able to meet unique non-game characters in the world, as well as witness random events.

Ashfall is being developed with the aim of studying deserts, survivors' settlements, abandoned cities and old battlefields that should be equally interesting both in solitary mode and in company with friends.

The following features are also stated for the NetEase Games post-calyptic shooter: detailed character settings, dynamic weather changes, and a reliable crash registration system. The soundtrack process involved the most famous composers of Inon Tsura.

Ashfall will be released in 2023 on PCs and mobile devices controlled by iOS and Android.
