GoPro officially introduced Hero11 Black, Hero11 Black Creator Edition, and Hero11 Black Mini. All devices received a new 1/1.9-inch sensor with 27 million pixels and a highly effective stabilization system for HyperSmooth 5.0.
The developer calls Hero11 Black the world ' s most universal camera. It provides the highest image smoothness and amazing human quality. New effects for night-time filming produce spectacular spots after dark, and a 10-bit color provides a realistic transfer of shades.
Thanks to the HyperSmooth 5.0 function, the new family's devices automatically determine the necessary level of stabilization of the video according to the speed and activity of the user. A built-in horizontal lock is required: it remains flat even if the camera tilts during the recording.
Video production of 5.3K is supported at 60 frames per second, 4K at 120 frames per second and 2.7K at 240 frames per second. Slow filming of 8x captures moments that cannot be captured at the normal speed.
The standard Hero11 Black version is equipped with two displays, front and back, while the compact Hero11 Black Mini model has no screens at all. For the Hero11 Black Creator Edition, this version is aimed at video-logists and content creators: the supply package includes the Volta Hand Grip handle, Light Mode light module and Media Mod module.
The cells are waterproof and the power supply is cold-resistant to Enduro's battery. The price of Hero11 Black, Hero11 Black Creator Edition and Hero11 Black Mini is $500, 700 and $400 respectively.
