The French publisher Focus Entertainment announced the purchase from M2H of the Dutch WW1 Game Series B.V. and its BlackMill Games studio.

Focus Entertainment will receive 66% of the securities, and the rest will be owned by the founder and creative leader of the WW1 Game Series, Yos Hyebé, who will continue to lead the group.

The studio will continue to exist exclusively as BlackMill Games B.V. A company based in the Netherlands with 15 employees will become the sixth unit of Focus Entertainment.

Remember, WW1 Game Series is known as the developer of the same-named trilogy of historical network jokers about World War I: Verdun, Tannenberg and the upcoming Isonzo.

Isonzo is expected to be released tomorrow, September 13, at PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. Inspired by a two-year struggle over the Izonzo and Alpa valley, the game will move gamers to the Italian front mountains.
