In the case against Ilon Mask and Dogecoin, $258 billion, new plaintiffs and defendants appeared

The $258 billion lawsuit, in which Ilona Maska was accused of supporting the Dogecoin cryptivate, which is supposed to be a financial pyramid, added seven new investor plaintiffs, as well as six new defendants, including Mask Boering Co., a company specializing in tunnel drilling.

According to an updated version of the suit filed last Tuesday before the Manhattan Federal Court, Mr. Mask, his manufacturer of Tesla electric vehicles, SpaceX, Boering and other organizations deliberately inflated the Dogecoin value for two years and then made the collapse cryptized, thus the defendants allegedly at the expense of other investors, knowing that the real value of the digital asset did not correspond to the market, but rather to the claim.

The first version of the document was sent to the court in June, and Mr. Maska was not embarrassed: in just a few days, he wrote on Twitter, which he intended to continue supporting Dogecoin, and in an interview he added that he had been asked to do so. The defendant also referred to the non-profit organization Dogecoin Foundation, which provided management and support to Dogecoin. The plaintiffs ' demand for $258 billion was three times the decline in the market capitalization of Dogecoin since May 2021.
