Apple started taking advance orders for the smart hours of Apple Watch Ultra in some countries just after last night's presentation, but once again the popular gadgets were not enough for everyone, despite the $779 price.
Apple explained that several different types of straps were designed specifically for new smart hours. Trail Loop was designed specifically for light athletes, which is the thinst strap in the range; it is made of soft and flexible textiles that allow optimal landing; and a quick and easy hand adjustment.
The Alpine Loop option offers a higher strength at the expense of . And finally, Ocean Band is addressed to water sports and diving amateurs -- it's made from a flexible fluoroelastomer with a titanium buckle. This strap has an extended length to make it easier to wear on top of a hydrosuit.
All three are available in different colors and sizes, and the delivery time is determined by the type, color and size of the strap. For example, while the Alpine Loop versions of green and the smallest size are still available, such hours will be available to the American buyer as early as September 23, with versions of medium or large size waiting from three to four weeks.
