Following recent rumours, NetEase announced the purchase of the French Quantic Dream studio NetEase Games via its game division.
Quantic Dream will be the first unit of NetEase Games in Europe and will continue to function independently: create and publish their games, support and release their outside.
NetEase, which has held shares in the Quantic Dream since 2019, will continue to assist the studio in realizing its potential by presenting its assets, resources and productive capabilities.
