With the help of the publisher, Dredge's fishing adventure will see light on PCs and consoles

Team17 and developers from New Zealand's Black Salt Games announced a partnership for a single fishing adventure on PCs and consoles.

Dredge's events are taking place in the isolated Archipelago The Marrows, where players will assume the role of captain of the fishing trawler, explore the outer islands and the surrounding depths.

Players will sell catch to local traders, improve their boat, perform quests, learn about the dark past of the region, and avoid the sinister fog of the sea at night.

Developers promise interesting finds, more than 125 deep-sea inhabitants, unique opportunities, encounters and secrets in each region, as well as to fight incomprehensible.

"Dredge" is expected to be released in 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Nintendo Sitch. According to the page on Valve, the game will be translated into Russian.
