Anna Kikina will fly into space on SpaceX Crew Dragon on October 3

Anna Kikina, the only woman in the Russian cosmonaut squad and the first member of a series of cross-flights, can go to the International Space Station on the SpaceX Crew Dragon ship on October 3, which is reported by the TASS news agency with reference to Roscosmos Press Service data.

" says Roscosmos.

The press service also specified that United States astronauts Nicole Mann and Josh Kassad, as well as an astronaut of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency Coiti Vakata, would go to space with Anna Kikina, and that a Falcon 9 launch vehicle would be used to launch the Crew Dragon spacecraft into space, starting from the space site of the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The launch is planned under the Roskosmosmos and NASA cross-flight programme, which was signed in July of this year, with several manned missions in which Russian astronauts will be transported to the ISS on United States ships and United States astronauts on Russian ships.
