HP announced a transformable portable computer, Dragonfly Folio G3, with Windows 11 Home/Pro operating system. A new one is already available at an estimated cost of $2,380.

Depending on the modification, the device is equipped with an IPS or OLED display with a 13.5 inch diagonal. The most expensive version uses a 3K panel with a 3,000 × 2,000 point resolution and a 3-2 side ratio. A sensor control support has been implemented. A special attachment allows the screen to be moved forward and placed on the back keyboard, turning the laptop into a tablet. It is possible to interact with the gadget with the HP Dragonfly Folio Pen.

The "heart" of the computer is a 12th generation Core i5 or Core i7 processor with an Iris Xe graphic accelerator. The LPDDR5 memory is up to 32 Gbytes, and the PCIE NVme hardware capacity is up to 2 Tbytes.

The laptop has a Wi-Fi 6E adapter, supported by 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz frequency bands, a Bluetooth 5.2 controller, a B&O audio system with four dynamics, a lighting keyboard, an 8-megapixel camera, two Thunderbolt 4 ports and a standard 3.5 mm audio alarm. It is possible to install a 4G/LTE or 5G cellular modem.

Dragonfly Folio G3 is 296.4 × 234.3 × 17.9 mm and weighs about 1.4 kg.
