The customers of the Tinkoff Bank and the virtual operator Tinkoff Mobyle were offered a comprehensive security system against phone spam and fraudsters. The main part of the system was Neiroshite technology, which is based on artificial intelligence algorithms and responds directly during the telephone call.
"Neuroste" connects to voice calls and identifies fraudsters based on the technical data associated with the call; in particular, the system analyzes sound and compares it to samples of actual fraudulent calls and, if necessary, breaks the dialog. "Neuroste" processes other features of the incoming call: the caller number, the history of the calls, the volume and nature of the traffic involved, and its frequency and uniqueness.
If the caller's number is on the blacklist, the caller in response is notified by the voice assistant Oleg and decides whether or not to continue the conversation. If the number is not on the blacklist, the artificial intelligence analyses the technical parameters of the call in real time and, when fraud is detected, interrupts the call itself. The system then returns the caller, and the Oleg informs of the reasons for the cut-off by requesting feedback.
By the end of the year, the Neuroste technology will improve: if the client agrees, artificial intelligence will also analyse the text of the conversation. In addition, the system will be able to set up its own script when identifying a fraudster: a blackout, a warning via a voice assistant or SMS, or a continuation of the conversation in the normal mode. Neurosit is now defaulted to all Tinkoff Mobyle subscribers and can be disabled in a mobile application.
