The Team announced MP44L M.2 SSD solid storage devices using PCIe 4.0 to exchange data with the computer. The products received a unique refrigeration technology called Heat Dissipating Graphene SSD Label.
A heat-dispersive sticker consisting of thermal conductive materials with a total thickness of less than 1 mm is used. The sticker is closely adjacent to the storage device, which significantly improves the efficiency of heat withdrawal. The operating temperature range is between 0 and plus 70 degrees Celsius.
The products were performed according to the NVMe 1.4 specification. The family included 250 and 500 Gbyte models as well as 1 and 2 Tbyte. Data reading speeds range from 4,650 to 5,000 Mbyte/s, recording speeds range from 1900 to 4,500 Mbyte/s. The IOPS indicator is 525,000 on random reading and 550,000 on arbitrary recording.
