Unty's game engine developer won't give up the ironsource deal – AppLovin's $17 billion offer is rej

As promised, the multi-platform game engine manufacturer Unity reviewed in detail the offer to sell the company from the AppleLovin mobile marketing network and made a decision.

Remember, in early August, AppLovin put forward a $17.54 billion offer for the United Nations, provided that the developer of the engine refused the alliance with the scandalous ironsource software maker.

It was reported that the board of directors of Unity, with the support of external financial and legal advisers, had made proposals to AppLovin and had unanimously decided to reject it.

Unity concluded that the company's proposal, and most likely the result, would not exceed what was expected from the ironsource merger.

Unity believes in the potential of an agreement with ironsource, the development of long-term benefits, and the development of a cross-cutting platform that will make it easier for creators to create, produce, support, monetize and develop games and RT3D content.

," stated Chief Executive Officer Unit John Richiello.

Unity expects that by the end of 2024, the merger will produce $1 billion of adjusted operating profits, and by the third year, it will have an annual synergistic effect of $300 million.
