A member of the Board of Directors and co-founder of the Caspersky Laboratory, Alexey De-Monderick, decided to leave the company and sell his bag of securities, and the withdrawal ended in July 2022.

Together with Eugenia and Natalia of the Kasperskis, as well as Vadim Bogdanov, Alexei De-Monderick set up an anti-virus software development company in 1997 and in 2016 Mr. De-Monderick acquired Maltese citizenship and had long been absent from the management of the company.

There are documents in the British register of legal entities that state that Alexey De-Monderick entered into an agreement to sell 6.3 million shares of Kaspersky Labs Limited, which the company itself purchased for $50 million.
