Tesla's stock break is scheduled for 25 August

Tesla officially announced that its tender would begin on August 25, following a break-up of 3 by 1 and that the company's investors had previously approved the procedure.

On Thursday, Tesla's shareholders voted on part of the board's proposals: approved the composition of the body, approved the fragmentation of the shares, but rejected the environmental and management proposals.

The company's fundamental performance is not usually affected by fragmentation, but it has a beneficial effect on the value of assets — it can now be bought by a wider range of investors. Tesla's stocks debuted on the stock market in 2010 at a price of $17 per unit; the previous day, they sold 6.6 per cent to $863.29; the fall since the beginning of the year was about 18 per cent; the company's market capitalization is about $1 trillion.
