Electronic Arts and developers from its own British studio Codemasters announced testing of a cross-platform multiplayer in their F122 racing simulation.
It has been reported that testing will take place on all target platforms F122 in two sessions, from 5 August at 14:00 Moscow time to 8 August at 2:00 and from 12 August at 2:00 to 15 August at 2:00.
The F122 users will be able to test a new function in a social race and dual career mode, and a full-value cross-platform multiplayer debut is scheduled for the end of August this year.
Crossplay is designed to improve the selection of players and to allow friends to race together regardless of the platform. If they want to, however, the network mode can be limited to the devices of the same family.
F122 was released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. Patch on August 2, adding a Portuguese track to the game, and on September 12, the list of tracks will be added to the Shanghai Highway.
