Nightdive will release the remasters of a few more classic jokers

The Director General of Nightdive Studios, Stephen Kick, stated in his personal microblog that the American studio was working on the remasters of several other classic jokers.

Kick's recent publication of SentientCRT on Twitter, which featured an image of 25 cult representatives of the FPS genre released in the 1990s, led to his revelation.

SentientCRT encouraged commentators to choose one classic game from each row, but Kick decided to note the following:

Among the earlier works of Nightdive Studios on the modernisation of the '90s jokers are the reprinting of the original Quake, Doom 64, Blood, and PowerSlave. What other games are going to freshen up in the studio is not specified.

The image published by SentientCRT also shows:

  • Chasm: The Rift;Duke Nukem 3D;Marathon, Marathon 2: Durandal and Marathon Infinity; Alien Triology; Doom and Doom II; Risk of the Triad: Dark War; Half-Life; Shadow Warrior; GoldenEye 007; Quake II and Quake III Arena; HeXen; Unreal and Unreal Tournament; Redneck Rampage; Star Wars: Dark Forces; Heretic; Wolfenstin 3D.

It is worth noting that not all of the games listed require reprints from Nightdive. The original Half-Life has already received a fan remake, and the updated version of GoldenEye 007 is rumored to be in development at another studio.
