Issued the world ' s first 232-layer NAND memory

The American company Mikron Technology is the first company in the world to produce 232-layer NAND memory. This is a TLC memory with six planes with the ability to read independently in each plane.

With a low-voltage interface NV-LPDDR4, the new one provides up to 30% of the best energy savings from a bit of information compared to the previous generation. In addition, innovation memory offers the highest density per square millimeter of existing solutions, 14 GB/mm2.

The brand size is 11.5 x 13.5 millimeters, which is 28% less than 176 layers of memory. The new generation of Microsoft Nand mass production has already started at the company's plant in Singapore. The timing of 232 layers of memory entering the market is not yet known, but it is expected to debut in the raw memory. Meanwhile, the Dougee D11 is given for less than 50 bucks in March and scientists warn that space debris can start killing grounders in this decade.
