The Eurogamer Portal noted that the single-user cat adventure of Stray from Annapurna Interactive and BlueTwelve Studio was supported by a local multiplayer on the PC, thanks to the fashioner community.
Splitscreen's modification of an enthusiast's enthusiast under the pseudonym KangieDanie is available for download on Nexus Mods and, as you can guess by name, adds a split screen mode to Stray.
As KangieDanie notes, Splitscreen is still early in development, so bugs are not necessary.
To add the player to the session, press the F9 on the keyboard. There are no restrictions on the number of participants, but KangieDanie is not sure how Stray can handle the number of users over two.
Commenting on KangieDanie's publication, it states that its development will focus exclusively on the local cooperative, but the online collaborative regime is already under way in a different fashion.
KangieDanie's modification came out at the end of last week, but the media only paid attention to it now. As Stray looks in the local cooperative mode, you can see it in the video above.
Stray debuted on July 19, at the PC.
