Video Games Chronicle drew attention to the first advances in Steam's open "beta" of the platform's multiVersus, published by Warner Bros. Games, and developers from Player First Games.
Remember, on July 19, the beta test MultiVersus was opened to participants in closed Alphas and early access holders, and yesterday, July 26, started for all other users.
It was reported that soon after the launch of the open beta, the peak online MultiVersus in Steam reached 14,000 people, compared with 62,500 simultaneous users between 19 and 26 July.
In the Open Beta, MultiVersus is allowed to test 17 characters, including recently confirmed basketball player Lebron James, eight cards, crossplays, local and online multiplayer.
The MultiVersus test takes place on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S. The Russian Steam Fighting is not available: it can be downloaded by initiating the installation from the SteamDB page, and the VPN will be required for the game.
