The Chinese company Lenovo announced the Legion Y27q-30 monitor for game computers. The novel is built on the 27" QHD IPS matrix with a resolution of 2560 x 1,440 pixels.
The panel has a 165 Hz update frequency with the possibility of increasing to 180 Hz in the acceleration mode. The response time is unfortunately not yet specified. The peak luminance is 400 cd/m2, contrast 1,000:1.
The monitor has a 10-bit color representation: the number of reproducible shades exceeds 1 billion. 99 per cent coverage of sRGB colour space and 95 per cent coverage of DCI-P3 is reported.
Reference is made to the AMD FreeSync Premium technology, which is responsible for eliminating frame fractures and improving the smoothness of the game process. The selection includes two HDMI 2.0 interfaces and the DisplayPort 1.4. There is a built-in audio system with stereophonic dynamics of 3W power each. The substrate provides various adjustments, including the possibility of changing the display height relative to the table surface.
When, and at what price, the Lenovo Legion Y27q-30 game monitor will be available for sale, it is not yet available.
