This was announced by the deputy heads of government during a visit to the Molecular Electronics Research Institute and to the Mikron plant. "Microelectronics – one of the most science-intensive and capital-intensive industries that requires the accompanying development of materials, means of production and SPR," quoted a government press officer.
The Director of INEA, RAN Academy of Gennady Krasnikov, conducted a tour for Manturov on the research and production capacities of enterprises, as well as the production of high-tech microelectronic products: chips for bank cards and identification documents, chips for auto electronics and industry, RFID solutions, and transport tickets and maps.
They showed the vice-premier and the design center of the INEA, where they create information security tools, integrated circuits, RFID products, and built software for them.
INEA and Mikron are registered in the special economic zone "Technopolis" Moscow" and create an ecosystem to support and develop high-technology industries using reduced tax rates and special customs conditions, as well as joint marketing activities and other cooperation between residents.
