Destiny 2 is about to be broadcast on a special broadcast in August

American studio Bungie, recently owned by Sony Interactive Entertainment, announced a special broadcast dedicated to its science fiction MMO shooter Destiny 2.

As it became known, Stream Destiny 2 Showcase will take place on August 23, this year. The exact time of the launch and the venue of the event were not named.

According to Bungie's accompanying tweet, Destiny 2 Showcase will show that the TV trailer of the show is dedicated to the key points of the saga about the confrontation between Light and Darkness.

It was previously reported that Destiny 2 would receive two further extensions, Lightfall and The Final Shape, following the February addition of The Watch Queen.

Destiny 2 started on PS4 and Xbox One in September 2017, reached PC a month later, went to Steam in September 2019 and became conditionally free, and was optimized for PS5, Xbox Series X and S in December 2020.
