Although Path of Exile has been on consoles for a long time, the PC version still cannot be officially played with gamepad, but soon the Grinding Gear Games studio will fix it.
3.17.3 will be updated in the near future and will add a beta version of controller support. To include this function, the following will need to be done:
First, controller support will not be available in the game via Epic Games Store and MacOS. From the "beta" the function will be released along with the expansion release 3.18.
